Can I see Prices?

Our pricing for all boards, boxes and tables can be found under the “Grazing” tab. If there is something we’ve posted on social that you are interested but don’t see prices for, please email us and we can assist!

How can I place an order?

I need a grazing board for tomorrow, is it too late to order?

Our standard is at least a 3 day notice to allow for sourcing but we’ll do our best to accommodate you! (no guarantees)

Are grazing tables still available? 

We are following city and state regulations. As soon as large gatherings are allowed again, we’re ready to graze! In the meantime, we encourage you to try one of our grazing boxes!

I’d like to place a custom order. Is this possible?

Absolutely! We’d love to help bring your vision to life. Leave us a message with your ideas and we’ll reach out to you!

Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer delivery within Calvert and St. Marys County within a 15 mile radius of Solomon’s Island. Our delivery slots fill up quickly, but we usually have pickup options available once our deliveries are full! 

What is the setup/take down procedure on grazing tables?

For flat lay grazing tables (no rentals provided by us) we typically require 1-2 hours of set up time at the location/venue depending on the amount of people being served. Since we do not need our rentals back and everything included in the table is disposable, clean up is a breeze. Just roll up the kraft paper and throw away!

For multi dimensional the same amount of time is required for set up (approximately 1-2 hours depending) and the customer is responsible for making sure the rentals are free of large particles of food and returning or arranging pick up of rentals with us.

Do you travel?

Yes we travel! We love creating tables out of town in new settings. We do charge a travel fee which is $1/mile to the location and back with the first 20 miles free of charge. Unless overnight accommodations are made on travel more than 2 hours away, we can only offer deluxe grazing tables with prop rentals provided by the client and not our own. When inquiring about travel please provide an exact address to the location/venue so we may calculate the travel fee and include it in the quote!

BOOKING POLICIES

An email or quote form must be sent in and the following information is required in order to set up a quote:

Type of event, date of event, location, how many people, allergies or dietary restrictions, Type of Graze

Once we send over a quote and it is accepted we will then send over a contract that will need to be reviewed and signed and returned to us along with a 50% deposit.

Final invoice is sent and due 2 weeks before event.

If the contract and the deposit are both not returned before the date of the event then you will not be considered booked.

We also cannot guarantee a date and time without both of these in our possession.

Proof of insurance can be provided upon request for venue.
